Policies > Cancellation



  • All cancellations of service must be made in writing (e-mail, letter, or fax) or in person.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 21 prior to the end of the billing cycle - otherwise you will be charged for an additional month's service.
  • If cancellation notice is given via email, it must be sent to billing@foreThought.net and include both the account and PIN numbers.
  • If cancellation notice is sent via postal mail or facsimile, only the account number is required.

The purpose of this policy is to protect you, the customer, as well as us. It prevents others from maliciously cancelling your account, and also provides you and us with written documentation of your cancellation so that there will be no confusion in regards to billing.
