Acceptable Use Policy of Newsgroup Forums

The newsgroups dimcom.announce,dimcom.general, (the "Forums") exist solely to provide a communication medium between foreThought.net/Dimensional (the "Company") and its customers, for the purpose of supporting those customers in their use of the service they have from the Company.

Any use of the Forums which is inconsistent with this purpose is prohibited. The Company reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to preclude the misuse of the Forums, including but not limited to, removing offending postings, barring access to the Forums, and terminating the services of the customer who use the Forums for any other purpose in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Such prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: advertising, violations of law or of contract, harassment, postings not having to do with customer support issues, and violations of any other Company Acceptable Use Policy. The Company reserves the right to make reasonable determinations as to what it is inappropriate for the Forums.
